Center at Gattis is a 32,000sf commercial condo development located at the intersection of Gattis School Rd and Joyce Lane in Round Rock, TX. Buildings have been designed using a combination of brick, fiber cement board, and stucco, to produce an elevated modern look, and unit interiors have Class A office finishes. Phase 1 was completed and delivered in 2022, which included 24 units totaling 24,554sf. All units were sold prior to construction completion. Phase 2 is scheduled to be delivered in 2024.
