Enclave at Palm Valley is a 20,000sf Class A retail center being developed on Hwy 79 in Round Rock, TX. The site is located across the street from the Kalahari Resort and is adjacent to Dell Diamond. The center boasts an elevated modern design and will consist of 2 buildings being built in 2 phases. Currently under construction, phase 1 is scheduled to be delivered in Q3 2023.
